St. Valentine's Day and 100 days celebrations!

We decided to celebrate St. Valentine's Day a little late this year, as most of the Student Council were away on Monday and Tuesday at the MUN conference. It also coincided with an earthquake drill and the 100 days celebration in the Reception and Grade 1 classes.

The St. Valentine's Day celebrations saw the usual handing out of chocolates, balloons and flowers, while songs of love played over the PA system.

We also had our Reception and Grade 1 class celebrating 100 days of school. The children had to bring in 100 items and counted up to 100 beautifully! The 100 items ranged from sea shells to origami swans. We even had cake!
