Visit by South African Embassy

We had a visit today from a Professor from UNISA and some representatives from the South African Embassy. They visited our grade 3 class and spoke about life in South Africa.

After a discussion and PowerPoint presentation (with lots of questions from our pupils!) the children were given paper and pens and crayons to illustrate life in Israel. These drawing will be taken back to South Africa and will be shared with other children as they continue learn what it is like to live in a diverse culture, where respectful tolerance is part of everyday life.
